By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking fee & payment

1. When placing a service request, a non-refundable booking fee will be collected. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with alignment of the caregivers or consultants with the requirements.
2. Consulting charges, product charges, service and support charges are to be paid in advance.

2. Brief on Caregivers

1. Our caregivers are experienced and/or trained professionals by us or their previous organizations. Caregivers are not medically qualified. They will assist in day today activities.
2. Caregivers are to be dealt with respect and dignity. If caregiver’s misconduct is observed, then please bring it to the attention of our company.
3. Please do not share any personal or financial information with the Caregiver.
4. Caregivers are not to be given any cash or fees directly.

3. Liability & responsibility

1. Applicant or person requesting care services has approached to the company for the listed services and is aware of that our Company with Caregivers or Consultants shall provide best possible support as per the shared requirements, but cannot guarantee for the procedure or any cure, and shall not be held liable for the same.
2. Our company shall arrange for an introductory police verification of the selected caregiver.
3. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by the hired staff to your property or belongings.
4. Any loss or theft of personal belongings resulting from the services provided by the staff is not the liability of the company.
5. Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Refund policy

Please note that the fee collected is non-refundable. Once paid, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you proceed with our services or not.
